As Agilent's oligo pool synthesis capabilities expanded, they recognized the need for an advanced biosecurity screening system to match their speed and scale requirements.

Agilent's technical challenge was complex. It required implementing a biosecurity screening system that could handle massive oligo pools while maintaining rapid turnaround times for customers. To ensure that oligo synthesis orders could begin processing the same day they were received, Agilent required the ability to screen up to 40 million base pairs in less than 30 minutes.
